Anchor Note on Contacts Profile to stay at the top of all notes

In the notes section on a student's profile, it would be great to be able to tell a 'particular' or 'important' note to be permanently positioned at the top so it doesn't get lost or moved down with new notes being created.

We have tried the 'contact message', but it is too small.

We have a large amount of regular information about students regarding contracts that needs to be at the top.  Especialyl when we are dealing with students in Foster Care and Domestic situations.  We have to always search through all the notes to find the important information.
