Booking Button/Link in Student Portal for Tutorials with Trainers/Assessors

We would like to have a 'Booking' button in the Student Portal where students can book a time with an allocated trainer/assessor for tutorial.

Currently we have to use an outside program as the Axcelerate Calendar isn't constructed in a way that students can book.

Email isn't a suitable option.
