Resources Library - Forced New Version doesn't carry through to update linked assessments on UOC

When an assessment in the Resources Library is updated and new version appears as XXX 1.1.  This doesn't then automatically update in the courses it is connected to.  We have to manually go to each UOC and update it with the new assessment.

I guess I assumed that the 'Forced New Version' tick box meant it would force the new version of an assessment through.

This manual task will become much harder with the increase of classes, combinations and new staff.
