'Assessor' field for Workshops

We have numerous workshops that have 1 trainer to train, and a different one to Assess.
We would like it if we could have a dedicated 'Assessor' field much like a Trainer/Facilitator field.
We also want this field to be visible in Workshop Reports, and Complex Date reports too!
