Transferring Student Assessments from a Superseded but Equivalent UOC to the next

When units of competency are superseded but equivalent within a qualification, we have had a need to transfer them to the upgraded class.

 

So by clicking transfer, we weren't able to transfer or recognise any partially completed UOC that were superseded, but equivalent to the new UOC in the new class.

 

eg RGRPSH401A is supersed by and equivalent to RGRPSH401.  Because the 'A' isn't in the new code, Axcelerate can't identify it for transferring assessments.

  I think this would be helpful. Maybe a field at the unit level that enabled us to record equivalent unit codes could be used to record and then apply CT's when transferring or enrolling.

  These ideas are aligned.

  This is something we would also be very interested in as there will be a lot of students wishing to upgrade to the new BSB qualifications and this would save a great deal of time if it could be mapped once instead of each time you enrol a new student.
