Workshop Client Search Bar Can't Distinguish Between Duplicates

The client search bar in In-house workshops isn't able to distinguish between duplicate contacts.

We maintain 2 contacts for staff members who undergo training and are having difficulties telling the difference. 

If the results were updated to display the contacts Preferred Name it would make this process much easier.
