Dashboard Widgets - Task Widgets to Include Same Functionality

There are a number of Task widgets on the dashboard that all include different functionalities and act differently. Consistent behaviour across all of the widgets would make them more usable. A list of proposed changes can be found below.

• The ability to display any combination of Overdue, Today and Future tasks at once 
• The ability to set a default set of filters
