Scheduling or Delaying text/email send times

We would benefit from the development of the ability to delay or schedule the times that texts or emails are sent to specific clients.

This is a manual process and can't be automated as the clients that receive particular texts/emails is not necessarily the entire class list.

And the times for sending can differ due to time zones and (ie Auckland and Perth)daylight saving (ie Sydney and Melbourne)

A delaying button would be good, but scheduling would be better, if we need to send a text to certain students in a workshop, say in Perth, at 4pm Perth time, this would require holding off sending the text until 6pm Brisbane time or 7pm Sydney/Melbourne time at the time of daylight saving

And vice versa if a text was required to be sent to attendees in Auckland at 8am it would be required to be sent at 5am Brisbane time or 6am Sydney or Melbourne time at the time of daylight saving
