It would be great if there was an area to insert a generic note.  Using note type and then the description could be altered to have generic notes pre-loaded so that when discussing certain things internally and externally the language is clear, concise and not left to interpretation.

  I agree with this request.

  To be able to set checklists as note types would be very beneficial.

  I think this Idea is great - we would also support the ability to have "template note" that we could build, so that we have consistency on how our staff take notes, and ensure all information required is entered and in the same manner.
