Ability to deactivate portfolio items

It would be great to be able to deactivate portfolio items.

Currently, if a portfolio item is used as evidence of a facilitator's competency to teach a unit, it will permanently appear locked against their contact portfolio even if the evidence is rejected or was uploaded erroneously.

A new piece of evidence will need to be uploaded and this creates a situation where, against the contact's portfolio, there are numerous indistinguishable portfolio items.

The ability to deactivate portfolio items and the addition of an active/inactive tab to view the inactive ones, such as appears in multiple other areas of aXcelerate, will prevent this from happening.
