Workflow - assessment task due date

We want to be able to set up workflow to send a reminder email to students 1 week before each of their assessment tasks is due.

Currently this is not available in the Workflow engine.

It would need to point to the actual assessment task due dates that are set in aXcelerate for the individual student/contact in order to work in the way we intend.  (This means it will capture any individual variations such as people granted extensions etc).

An alternative would be for it to point to the due date set for the task in the Class, however this would be less preferable as it doesn't capture the variations for individual students.

  This is something that is very much needed.

  I also wanted a workflow that triggers upon a new assessment being released to a student, this could be the 'assessment access date'

  At the moment, setting something like this up is very complex with saved reports, workflow schedules and the lack of some fields being able to pull into workflows.

  The current online assessment reports are currently quite restrictive.
