Export testamur Templates for updating, then importing

We are undergoing a major organisational branding refresh and all our Templates will require updating and approval by our Marketing department.

I want to be able to export Templates - I know they're in html - so that I can send them to Marketing for update. I then want to import approved updated Templates.
