Access to Merge docs

When we list trainers in AXC......and give them access to Merge docs and notes, the coaches can't actually access the "MERGE DOCS" via the drop down. Apparently, this is only available to "admin" users.

Coaches can only access it by using a link, but they need to use this link each time. It seems silly that if we give the user access to VIEW and EDIT merge docs, that they can't access this from their home page drop down.

This would be an easy change and a beneficial one.

Could we please look at user access. If we tick the relevant boxes, the user should be able to access that area of the system.
