General information / Key Notes on Dashboard

Looking to see if there is a way to have a general information / Key Noted widget for the dashboard that we can set up to post company wide notices for when people log into aXcelerate

For example: staff movement, rulings of important information, policies that have been updated, closures and upcoming event, PD opportunities etc

  The other side of this is it supports compliance as well with keeping staff informed (again not the only way you would do this but its a recorded and demonstrable communication)
