Important: Required VSL report missing

Page 80 of the VSL providers handbook states "unit of study completions will be required to be reported quarterly (although must be reported monthly on completion of the unit – that is, if the student has completed or withdrawn from the unit, the unit completion must be reported by the 7th day of the following month)"

Currently the quarterly report exists, however the monthly does not. As the report is missing I'd assume others also do not do this report which means you're non-compliant with the VSL rules.

You can run a custom date report which gets all student status, then filter and delete. However given this is a required report it should be with all the others.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for bringing this one to our attention - I have spoken with our development team and we have been in discussions with the Department of Education this morning to confirm this requirement. I'll keep you updated as we make the changes required to support this.

Hi Tim, and anyone else passing though.

This report is now available if you go to Reports > VET Student Loans and select the Unit of Study Completions - Final Outcomes report.

As you stated, this report should be run monthly and will search on withdrawn (1), failed (2), completed (3) or RPL (5) UoS statuses only, where the last unit completion date is within that month.
