Changing access settings for work shops

I would like to be able to limit the access for trainers using the workshop area.

This is to avoid anything being deleted or changed by error. Adding this function would mean we have control over who can do what.

I would like the trainer to add workshop notes without giving them permission to update other areas of the workshop.

It can take some time setting up the workshop dates and who is delivering that workshop, so I would hate for a trainer to delete something by mistake. But I do need them to add session notes, which can only be done currently if they have full update access to the workshop.

Catch 22 :(

I think this would be useful to all users of AXC.

  Yes we have requested this previously. We do not allow the trainers the update permission at the moment however it would be beneficial to have them be able to enter course notes.
