Expand column width for Submitted Files column in "Enter Assessment Results" - "Submission" section

To be able to see the full name of the document that has been uploaded, are you able to expand the column width of the Submitted File(s) column in the Submission section of the Enter Assessment Results box. I have attached an image circling the section I am talking about.

If this is unable to be done, are you able to make the label change when you hover over the file name to show the full file name instead of showing "View this document in a new window". Image 2 shows how you can hover and see the full name of the document.
