Linking Payment plan info to invoices

At the moment when you invoice a student, it pulls their course information with Payment plan- (axc code)1, Payment plan- (axc code)2. 

I was hoping we could actually make it pull the payment plan title that we have actually given it as the internal AXC code means nothing to us or the student.

So if we have set up the payment plan as:

1- Term 1 payment

2- Term 2 Payment

3- Term 3 Payment  etc

That is what would show on the invoice instead of having to manually change it to this each time.

As we have already titled it in the payment plan set up stage, it would seem logical to me to pull this info on the invoice.

  Hi Sarah,

  You are able to use Custom Payment Plan which will allow you to load your payment plan you have created but the description will actually show on the invoice.
