Adding quality tasks

When adding a quality task, by default the sections included in the task are Reminder and Quality. We use the Marketing field/section a lot when adding tasks as well so it would be advantageous for the user to be able to configure what default sections are used. Therefore having the user see e.g. Reminder and Marketing sections instead of having to click on Add fields each time to change it.
