Xero tracking - use delivery location instead of finance code
Good morning,
I previously posted on this topic a while ago, and since then, I see some work has been done in implementation. Must say good work to the team for the ongoing improvement to aXcelerate.
In saying that, looking through the process of how aXcelerate now handles tracking, I see that is setup against finance codes to be auto populated.
I would be interested to see any other peoples opinions on this. Currently, I feel tracking being setup against finance codes is counter productive.
Currently our finance codes are setup based on the type of delivery (based on the training package, for example). We use tracking to then measure the income of our various sites. Currently, once the invoices have exported to Xero, we have to manually go in and add the tracking details.
Even looking at the help guide for tracking, the example uses regions, which I don't see how a company would than setup a finance code to integrate with this, unless they have a finance code per income category per tracking category (ie. business studies income north region, business studies income east region).
Personally, I would say that tracking would be great if it was able to link in with short course delivery location.
Is anyone that has their Xero tracking integrated with aXcelerate able to give any feedback on their use of it?
Thanks in advance!

We are about to integrate with MYOB live and we would find this extremely useful if it doesn't already exist.
We have multiple cost centres and need to make sure the money coming in can be allocated to the correct cost centre. We wouldn't want this to be a manual process. If the report could pull up the "domain" as well, this would be a quicker integration process.
