Copying in others on an email

We often have to email a student (not a template email) and copy in either their employer and/or their job service provider - we prefer to do this from aXcelerate rather than Outlook, so that we have a central record of it.  It appears there is no simple way (or any way for that matter) to do this.  I realise I can email a Note, however this doesn't allow our email signature/looks unprofessional.

This would seem to be a very basic functionality that I imagine many RTO's would utilise, so it would be appreciated if this could please be considered for implementation.

  Yes, we have requested this functionality in the past also.

  Yes, we have requested this as well.  Given the compliance requirements of keeping records, it seems like a fairly logical inclusion, and it appears there are many of us wasting time / working around the problem.

   

  Goes hand in hand with the ability to re-send an email straight from axcelerate if it comes bouncing back, or someone requests the email again, which happens regularly.
