Add Domains as a display option for 'Class Enrolments and Completions' report
AnsweredHi, it would be good if we can get a domain display option added to the 'Class Enrolments and Completions' report.
Thanks.

Hi Philippa
I would suggest you take a look at the "Class Enrolments - Warehoused" report and use the Domain and/or the Enrolment Status field as grouping.
You will see in the print view that it totals nicely and you can also chart with either of these fields as the subject.

Hi Philippa,
We aim to add all the relevant fields we can as view fields and/or filters to all of our the reports. Generally, if a related field is not in a report it is usually due to the complexity of adding that field so requests such as this are welcome and it is possible to have customised extensions of some reports.
Adding the domain to the view fields to the reports you have specified is a complicated task because of the way these reports are grouped. To achieve these results, larger portions of these reports were hard-coded meaning they are not as flexible as some of our other enrolment reports. Both of these reports are centred on qualification code and enrolments. Neither of these have the Domain field although the related class does.
We could apply Domain as a filter much more easily than making it a view field in these reports. Will this meet your needs, or are you really looking for a similar report that has columns for each domain rather than the State?

HI Michael,
Thank you for this information that is helpful to know.
We have quite a few domains so running the report for each domain and then adding all of the data together to get totals would not be too practical on a fortnightly basis.
Is there a report that would tell me total new enrolments for each domain? Even if it didn't divide this up to per qualification just having the totals would be helpful for my report.
Per state is not really applicable to own organisation currently.
Thanks
