Comments box associated with a cancelled - withdrawn status

A Comments box pops up when you change an enrolment to cancelled/withdrawn which is great as you can record the reason for the withdrawal.  But when you update the enrolment, the comment dissapears and is only accessed through the 'student log'.  It would be great to get this field to be a reportable field so management can see reasons and trends for any withdrawals.

  I have found a way around this.  If you raise a credit note, you can place comments on the credit note and can report on this.  It would not be 100% accurate stats for management credit notes may not be raised for all withdrawals, so it would still be good to be able to report on cancelled reasons somehow.

  I agree with Kim that it's really annoying that the comment disappears.  It should remain on the Program Subject Status & Enrolment page in the same place it appears when you're typing into it.
