Making rooms inactive

It would helpful to make the Rooms inactive as they currently cannot be deleted when attached to an workshop (whether it's inactive or active). If they are not in use any more it is untidy to continue seeing them in the list and can become unwieldy when the room list grows with new rooms. As other areas can be archived (classes, delivery locations, teachers etc) it would be great if we could make rooms inactive too.
