Booking confirmation emails

It would be great to have the ability to turn off ALL booking notifications.

Ie. If the training organisations turns off the default system booking notification email (customised to the RTO), it is then replaced with the default aXcelerate booking notification email.

We would like this default aXcelerate booking notification email to be turned off as well. Therefore, the RTO has the ability for students to not receive any booking notification email.
