Template for Qld DETE training plan

I would love to have the Qld DETE training plan template set up and available. There is a sort of 'similar' one available that gives the same information but the clean, fresh, easy to read one currently preferred by DETE is good and it would be nice to have the ability to generate the same through aXcelerate. The 'similar' one still needs tweaking using html to get landscape orientation for some pages and remove references to AIT.
