There needs to be a 'View only' permission for reporting so we can send Queue saved reports to people without giving them report access

  Here is a previous post on a similar issue: https://axcelerate.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/community/posts/207646688-Workflow-new-report-builder. While we haven't yet implemented a solution, we are currently thinking that simply allowing the report to be downloaded by anyone that has the link will be the solution that we implement.

  Yes agree. I think there was another post about this and axcelerate had some ideas on things that could be done before the the old report builder was removed
