It would be great to have the ability to have an Outlook Calendar Item emailed to a trainer that has the course, location and student details, including phone numbers and emails included. This would be very user friendly as means info is quickly available from the calendar without logins. Also means events easily added to normal calendar that is used.

  Our trainers would love this also! We would also need to see the client details and course notes as well.
