Creating Reports with the Filter option of OR rather than only AND

Hi,

It would be really useful if the OR option was available when using more than one filter to build and run reports. Currently only AND is available which means creating 2 separate reports and running 2 separate reports. If the OR option was available all data could be reported on from creating and running only one report. This is particularly problematic in the Transaction report with Processed Via OR Payment Description filter for Refunds that need to manually processed for Online Payments made.
