Sending out LE/ SE Surveys once per year

LE/SE Surveys need to be sent out once every 12 months. However the current setup in aXcelerate only allows us to set up an automated task once per enrolment for students.

If your course runs over 12 months, the student should be completing a survey for each 12 month period.

It would be better if we could set up the surveys to go out to all students with the status 'in progress' who are enrolled in a 12 month period.
