Organisations - additional functionality

I would love to see the option to uploading/adding documents into an organisation. The documents are linked to the organisation and not linked to a contact but at the moment I don't believe this is possible (Let me know if it already exists). Some other customisable fields and/or note types where you can attach the document would also be handy.

  Hi Anthony,

  We have placed this suggestion onto our development roadmap. We will add the ability for Organisation records to have both documents and notes added.

  Hi Anthony, there is a similar suggestion in the Ideas Forum regarding the ability to upload documents directly against an organisation: https://axcelerate.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/community/posts/203156630-Organisation-Company-document-uploads. I would also recommend voting for this idea (if not already) to increase the chance that this will be selected in future.

  Thanks Jade – Turns out I had already voted for it, so can’t claim it as my own idea.

  Are Axcelerate releasing a road map of what to expect longer term, so we don’t keep raising things that might already be in the pipeline?

  Or holding another forum around the states??

  Hi Anthony, currently (apart from upcoming compliance reporting changes), we don't have a client-facing development roadmap. We will take your feedback on board, and may be able to provide more information on upcoming development projects in the future.
