Edit Customer Titles

I would like to be able to edit the Titles shown in the drop down list for a Customer TItle.

We work in the medical profession so the need for Dr is high. However I am sure others would like the ability to amend the list to add others if needed. E.g Prof or Capt, Maj etc.
