Templates notifying assessment results

When entering assessment results we like to send an email advising the student if they have been marked competent or if further evidence is required.  It would be great if this template could include fields that link to information on the "Enter Assessment Results" page to show the Assessment Item and Unit of Competency information so they know exactly what they have been marked in and which assessment the result relates to.  This would alleviate much confusion communicated to us by our students.
