System Generated Note - (Mail merge / template note types - customisable)

When posting a Mail Merge or Template to a student and hence creating a "System Generated Note" in the students "Notes section"there should be an option to lable the type of system generated note so as that you can easily build reports / track system generated notes.

i.e. Enrolment Related SGN
      Training Plan SGN 
      Workplacement Related SGN
