Template Field for Venue Contact

I would like to see a field for "Venue Contact" so we can use this in letter templates. This would be particularly useful when creating a workshop offsite and want to pull the venue contact in the letter.  Currently we have to change the workshop owner (internal) to an external venue contact so we can use a template and pull this information. Whilst this is a work around it is not ideal to have to change the workshop owner to an external contact.

  Agreed - I have multiple training sites that we use often and have needed to make multiple booking confirmations to ensure learners attend the correct site.

  I am wanting to create a workflow but also needing the Venue Contact field to do this.
