Stop an Agent being automatically recorded as the Enrolment Sales Rep
As of the latest release in March, whenever a Sales Representative creates a contact, axcelerate automatically records this person as the Agent of the contact.
When this contact is enrolled in a course, the Agent is also automatically recorded as the Sales Representative of that Enrolment.
We can manually change both of these things which is ok but it would be better if this feature was removed.
When we find a new lead we record the source of that lead as "contact source". The "contact source" is not necessarily the same as a "course source". As an example, we might meet a new contact at an expo (contact source = expo). Months or years later this same contact might decide to a do a course with us as a result of a flyer that she saw at work (course source = flyer).
Similarly, the agent who meets a contact at an expo, might not be the sales representative who signs the student up to the course.
There are a couple of options we can see. Don't automatically record the Agent or don't automatically record the Sales Rep based on the Agent field. I'm not sure what the Agent field is for though as we use contact categories so whatever you see is best.

Hi Calvin, thanks for your feedback. Currently, if an active sales rep enrols a contact that has an assigned "Agent" into a class/workshop, the agent stored against the contact record will take precedence. As this is a relatively new update, we are open to the possibility of having the currently logged in agent/sales rep take precedence, based on client feedback.
