Auditing - Require Ability to Alter Submission Date on 'Results' entry of assessments

When there are assessments which aren't submitted for review, but have been approved by third parties.  We have entered them directly under 'Results'.  However this records the submission when we enter them and the results date a a past date (2 weeks prior).  This is causing issues when we are audited and needs to be attended urgently.
