    Hi Tomos

Thank you for breathing life into this old post.

While this specific request did not make it to our development roadmap, a feature currently exists in the Certificate Template builder which allows for Unit outcomes to be hidden from the Units of Competency table, rather than displaying outcomes not representative of the students journey with the issuing RTO.

You can read more about the Certificate Template Builder by clicking here, or feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further assistance on support@axcelerate.zendesk.com.

Just in case we don't get enough support for this to be part of the continuous improvement development schedule, I am interested in this as a custom build so if someone from the dev team could quote it and share here it would be appreciated. Happy to share the cost with others that want this feature.

Hi Mark, I could see this as a potential use for the "Competency - Internal" field—would this work with your processes? In order generate a quote for custom development, a quote request will still need to be submitted, however, you are welcome to use this topic to find interested clients to share the cost with once this has been generated.

I have elected not to show the unit outcomes in the template set up and the SoA or Cert states that these units have been deemed competent as a part of ... qualification.

Jade, I haven't had a chance to look into that suggestion yet but it is on my list.

Jeffrey, thanks, that is a good workaround which will be ok for some of our clients however many of them require an outcome listed against each unit.

Has there been anymore investigation into this matter?
