Being able to insert a more informative header into the email which is issued with the survey would reduce the risk of this being treated as junk mail and trashed.

The ability to insert the institution's name (which I would imagine could be auto inserted) together with 'Survey' would be more professional.

eg:    XYZ College Survey

  Hi Marg,

  It seems that this has generated some interest from other clients so I wanted to quickly let you know that this is possible by navigating to Settings > Email Content and selecting the option "ASQA Learner Engagement survey email". I believe this would meet your requirements, but please let us know if you have any further suggestions in this area.
