Adding a Coordinator to a course
We have people who are trainers and also coordinators eg: We have a Tech Savvy Seniors trainer that we have asked to coordinate all TSS courses for us including allocating the trainers for the courses. I would like to add him to each course he wants scheduled but not as a trainer. I have tried adding him as a course owner but the trainer/coordinator tells me they do not show up when he looks for all of the courses he has coordinated so he can keep an eye on the student numbers. We do not want to give admin access as he is still one of our trainers and so far I have added him as a secondary trainer but would like to really state his true role in these courses.
Do you have any suggestions?
