Educator Details - Record Availability instead of Unavailability

The current "Record Unavailability" function in Educator Details is limiting.  It only allows you to select one parameter for unavailability - which assumes that you operate on a standard single shift (e.g. 9:00am to 5:00pm).  If you have trainers starting and finishing at different times and/or offer weekend training it doesn't allow you to specify unavailability for more than one session.

For example if we have some trainers who start early and others that start late - we can only select one time they are unavailable.  This doesn't give a true indication of Educator/Trainer "Availability" for scheduling.

The current set up of UNAVAILABILITY makes this section ineffective.  It would be much easier if this section recorded AVAILABILITY - i.e. the times the Educator/Trainer is rostered to work and therefore a more accurate reflection of their hours of productivity (training in classroom) against available hours.
