Individual contracts matching dates against trainers

Hi, could I request that when there is more than one trainer on a course that when a contract is generated via mailouts that only the dates attached to that trainer appear. At this stage the contract pulls all dates out and I then go through and take out dates not applicable to the trainer in question.
