Reporting VFH

To select individual enrolments to report from the VFH reporting section. Currently we can select a specific date range but this brings up all students. We need to be able to then select only those students we want to progress through a census. At the moment we have to go through every student who has a census on the same date and mark the as "Do not report"in the financial section of their enrolment and then run the report. This is time consuming and creates unnecessary workload.

  we would also love something similar to this we remove each line from the reports when they come out

  Hi Julie and Co. Are we talking about the internal VFH reports or the VFH reports imported into axcelerate? I think i'm slow to catch on so it would be good to try and get a better understanding of what you're asking here but for our organisation, using the Do Not Report for VET FEE HELP completion status against the unit of study is critical for ensuring that our database and the students financial status is recorded correctly. Yes it's time consuming to update the completion status for every unit of study but it's necessary. How else do you ensure that you're reporting is correct and consistent? Maybe if the completion status was automatically changed to Do Not Report if the enrolment had been cancelled prior to the census date?

  Hey Calvin We might be on a different page. Just need a check box so that we can select who we want to report. I'm talking about the VFH report generating within aXcelerate with the information required to report through HEPCAT

  Hi Julie, Sorry. I meant to write the VFH reports imported into HEPCAT (as opposed to imported into axcelerate).

  Do you want to remove students from the HEPCAT reports who have not passed census without having to change the completion status of each student to Do Not Report for VET FEE HELP?

  Yes Calvin and to select individually the students we want to report for example we may only want census 2 students on a particular date but when we select the date range the system will return all students identified as going through census on that day. We need to be able to 'tick'or 'select'only the students we want for that census 2. Hope this makes a bit more sense.
