Friendly URLs for Axcelerate pages in Wordpress Plugin

Our course pages have URLs' syntax similar to .../course/details/?cid=20403&ctype=w

This represents a SEO issue and impairs our rankings. Changing them to friendly URLs (or enabling manual permalinks creation) will provide both SEO and usability advantages for all aXcelerate clients using the Wordpress plugin.
