Workshop Finance Permission

There needs to be an update to the Finance Permission on the workshops.
As it presently stands you need to have the workshop "add" permission on to be able to access the finance under the workshop area.

The finance permission for workshop should override this so the user can access the finance area without having to have this permission on.

This would benefit users that only require finance and view workshops and not the ability to add or update these courses. e.g. a finance officer or certain admin staff.
