Export print attendance sheet to Excel / CSV

It would be great if the Print Attendance sheet generated from Workshops was able to be exported to Excel or CSV file.

  a better way to manage attendance sheets is needed, currently there are only a small number of field options to select, we really would like to have a column to know if the student has a verified USI recorded.

  good idea to have whether they actually attended or not in the print attendance sheet
