Participant Portal gives away too much company private information

The Participant Portal Calendar shows ALL workshops. Would you please change this to Public Workshops ?
The Participant Portal Activities shows ALL classes. What setting would I be able to use to hide classes ?

  I agree, I think it would useful to have more control over the calendar functions within the learner portal.

  Agree - we are just starting the look at the use of the learner portal but are finding that when students click to enquire they can enquire on all our in-house courses, see our client names/contacts (and potentially email them) not just those they are booked into or other public courses. Greater permissions /improved settings need to be looked at here.
