We had a situation where we enrolled a new student into a program with a linked moodle course. This created and sent their moodle login details to their email address.

We were then informed by the student that their email address had changed and we updated the email address in axcelerate. After updating their email address in axcelerate we enrolled the student into a new subject with a linked elearning course.

Due to the updated email address, when we enrolled the student into the new elearning subject it created a second user account in moodle.

It would be great to have the axcelerate profile and the moodle profile linked to prevent duplicate accounts being created when a users email address is updated.

  The system should not create a second Moodle user account once one has been created and linked to a contact, regardless of the email address. Please contact aXcelerate support for help with this issue. Be sure to supply as many details as you can about who it happened to and which 2 Moodle user IDs were created.
