    Hi Calvin,
    My guess is that you have not cancelled or removed their enrolment in Moodle. If the student is already enrolled in the Moodle course when enrolling into the program/class in aXcelerate, the system will skip them and not try and enrol them again or update any of their enrolment settings. This will also happen if you enrol a student into the same Moodle course through different program/classes.
    Having the system "update" the enrolment is a possible enhancement we could make - assuming the support exists in Moodle itself, which I haven't yet investigated.
    It would be great to hear feedback from other clients on this issue.

    Hi,

    Yes that's right. We cancelled and deleted the students moodle enrolment in axcelerate but we didn't do it in moodle itself. The fact that deleting the moodle enrolment in axcelerate doesn't delete the enrolment in moodle has been beneficial in the past as it means we haven't accidentally lost any previous coursework saved in moodle.

    It would be good to "update" components of the existing moodle enrolment. I would also like to see that contact details such as name and email address, if changed in axcelerate could also be updated in moodle and if possible vice versa.
