Icon showing saved reports linked to workflow tasks

It would be great to see an icon (hyperlink, text or similar) next to each saved report that indicated if or which workflow task the saved report was used with. This is currently not possible and is causing difficulty when a user edits or changes a saved report which ultimately seems to affect the workflow task.
